NFL Signs Official Betting Partnerships With Sportsbooks

It is not uncommon for sports leagues to sign up partnerships with sports betting companies to help promote the games. Many sports leagues have such partnerships, but the NFL is the latest to jump on board. This year, the NFL announced three sportsbooks as official betting partners. With the partnership, these sportsbooks get exclusive access to the NFL’s data and can tie their brands to statistics. The agreement is worth nearly $1 billion to the NFL if it is renewed, but the league has the option to opt out after three years.

The Liberty, one of the eight original WNBA franchises, plays home games in Brooklyn at the Barclays Center. It is owned by Joe Tsai, the majority owner of the Brooklyn Nets. BetMGM also became the official betting partner for the Knicks, Rangers, and Madison Square Garden in November 2021. BetMGM and Betway also announced partnerships with six NBA/NHL franchises in March 2021.

As with any business, problems with sports betting sites or apps can crop up. Make sure to select a site with excellent customer service. Poor customer support can cause you to lose your bets or potential winnings. Additionally, refunds and withdrawals can take weeks or even months to process. Look for sports betting sites that are active on social media and offer multiple avenues for assistance. This way, if you have a problem, you can quickly get assistance.
